Dharma Doma is renting an apartment in Centar, Gradski zid. The apartment is on the 6th floor, above which there is a roof with thermal insulation. The area is 151 m2. It is fully furnished with modern furniture and household items.
From the entrance, you enter on one side into a spacious living room, near which there is a fireplace and a library. It is connected to a dining room and kitchen. From this space you exit to a terrace, and from the kitchen to an auxiliary balcony. There is a pantry near the kitchen.
On the other side of the entrance there is a hallway through which you approach 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have separate dressing rooms.
There is one bathroom in the hallway, and the second is connected to the master bedroom. Through the master bedroom you enter the wardrobe and utilities and exit to the auxiliary terrace.
The heating in the apartment is central, and the cooling and heating is with an independent cooling and heating system, which ensures a uniform temperature in the apartment (duct ceiling system like in hotels).
The price of the apartment is 1000 EUROS net/month. The price does not include monthly expenses and parking space.
Parking space can be provided in front of the building in the open parking lot for an additional fee according to the prices of the City of Skopje, or a parking space or in the garage of the Marriott Hotel which is 500m away from the building for a fee according to their price list.
